    I did it. I pitched my idea. I only hope it gets picked. It's an idea I've had for a while for a movie. I'm studying to be a film director so I'm taking every opportunity, including this one. It has a great premise, it's full of exciting action and a few very suprising twists.

    I got a confirmation message above the entry information box - didn't take me to a seperate page. What happens in a year's time if one of us sees a film Guillermo is involved in that's one of our ideas? Hope he's gonna give us a cut. My Spanish friend, Pablo Del Notrealo said that he did a similar thing with a Spanish magazine a few years back. He put forward an idea about a little girl who escapes the oppressions of the Spanish Civil war by retreating into a fantastical world, but nothing ever came of that....

    I already have the 91-page script ready for Guillermo whenever he's ready for it. It is the origin story and part two of a trilogy. It could very well become a larger franchise. The 50-word outline I submitted barely scratches the surface of the depth of this character and his mythology.

    You need to submit something familiar, yet different! I'm confident my pitch for 'Bellboy 3' about the story of an overly sunburnt ginger teenager working at a run down hotel accidentally ends up in Hell after going to the basement and then has to use the stairs to get back up again. The twist? There are three steps and he has two legs made of rock that fit ancient shoes that kick open the door to Judgement Day! I'm still working on the finer details...

    Surprised there are no rules here, or disclaimers about rights, etc. I am submitting an idea (or three, if I can) but know many others who decided not to participate because they were concerned about the potential for future legal messiness.
