While David Mamet usually likes to play tricks in his films, we’re disappointed to see that the people who made this Redbelt trailer seem to want to give away most of the story.
Still, we suppose that’s what you do when you need to market a movie about mixed martial arts, an honest trainer (Chiwetel Ejiofor) and the movie star he helps (Tim Allen) before getting doubled-crossed by a gang of crooked fight promoters.
It’s Mamet, though, and it looks like a heady brew of his punchy dialogue and actual punching. AOL Movies has the footage.
