Timothy Linh Bui’s Powder Blue just got a little more thesp-filled. The film, which already boasts recent Oscar-nabber Forest Whittaker and Jessica Biel, will also feature the gruff attitude of Ray Liotta.
Bui’s drama hinges around four troubled individuals who connect, Crash-style on Christmas Eve. Liotta will play a prisoner who’s just been released after 25-years in the pokey who decides to reach out to his long-lost daughter (Biel).
The cameras start cranking next month.
