Robert Rodriguez gears up Nerverackers

Dimension is aboard to finance the futuristic thriller

BY Total Film Feb 18th 2009 3:03AMFILED UNDER: Movie news

Robert Rodriguez has got some familiar backing for his sci-fi thriller Nerverackers: Dimension Films.

He’s worked with the company since the days of From Dusk Till Dawn, so it seems only natural for it to support his latest pic.

The film will follow elite crime-fighting warrior Joe Tezca as he and his unit attempt to foil a crime way in a seemingly perfect future society.

The movie’s set in 2085, but Rodriguez has a little less time to get the movie made – it’s already set for a Stateside release date of 16th April 2010.

Still, it’s not like he can’t pump out a movie quickly. But just one thing: where the hell is Sin City 2?

Can Rodriguez get back to Sin City form with this sci-fi thriller?

Of course he can get back to Sin City form, all he has to do is copy and paste from the books.

As much as im waiting for Sin City 2 % 3; i'd rather him just make 'Machete' and not brotha to make Predator or Predator 3. Rodriquez is known for his originality, why ruin it by making another Predator movie. AVP killed Alien and Predator's main stars and nothing will be the original Predator. So release mother f*****g Machete please Double R!
