Ah, illegal organ transplants – there’s no easier way to make some quick cash on a Saturday night when… Er, we mean, tut tut!
Swiftly changing the subject, we turn to Run For Her Life, a thriller that will find Sam Shepard as a district attorney who receives a distinctly dodgy organ transplant himself. But that sparks an idea in desperate parents Dermot Mulroney and Diane Kruger, who try to obtain one for their daughter. In their search, they come across Rosanna Arquette’s pediatrician, who tries to help, and Vincent Perez, another doctor who might be a little more suspicious than he seems…
It’s shooting now in New Mexico and The Hollywood Reporter is putting its heart into the story.
