One for the rumour box until there’s some official confirmation this one, but Superhero Hype is reporting, via its messages boards, that Aussie actor Tim Pocock has been cast as a young Scott Summers in X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
They have at least one source confirming that a younger version of Cyclops (as played by James Marsden in the X-movies) will show up alongside Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine. It remains to be seen how he factors into the plot. Especially as Logan didn’t seem to remember meeting Scott previously when he encountered him in the first X-Men…
