If you’ve seen the trailer for Watchmen (and if you haven’t, why not?), then you’ve seen the iconic shot of Nite Owl’s Owlship rising from the murky waters of Manhattan. And those lucky enough to attend Comic Con this year got to step inside the real machine built by Zack Snyder’s crew for the movie.
But what if you didn’t get to the Con? Snyder’s got you covered with his latest Watchmen set diary, which takes a look at how the team built the Owlship based on Dave Gibbons’ original drawings. It’s darned impressive, even if the thing can’t actually fly.
