The trailer for the latest team-up between Martin Scorsese and Leonardo DiCaprio – Shutter Island – has arrived online and you can see it below.
Adapted from Dennis Lehane’s novel, Shutter finds Federal Marshal Teddy Daniels investigating the disappearance of a murderer from the titular chilly, isolated prison hospital.
He soon discovers that all is not what it seems (when is it ever) and that something very, very wrong is going on at the facility.
But before he can alert anyone, a hurricane cuts off communication with the mainland, other prisoners start to “escape” and Daniels’ personal reasons for wanting to visit the place come back to haunt him…
It’s a Marty Scorsese psycho-thriller-horror, folks, and it looks atmospheric-tastic. Can’t wait to see this one.

This one looks like a good genre treat. Hope it beats "Gothika", if we are all lucky.

Looks brilliant! Have DiCaprio and Scorsese ever made a bad film before?
