Sigourney Weaver joins Paul
And she’s also starring in You Again

After rumours floated earlier this week, it’s confirmed: Sigourney Weaver will join the cast of Simon Pegg and Nick Frost’s new comedy, Paul.
It’s a geeky coup for the Greg Mottola film, which has a solid comedy cast that also includes Jason Bateman, Kristin Wiig and Seth Rogen as the voice of the titular alien.
What we don’t yet know is who Weaver – a woman with both laugh-grabbing and extra-terrestrial experience – will be playing. We’re going to guess she has something to do with the alien, though…
When she’s finished yukking it up with Pegg ‘n’ Frost, she’ll then switch to Race To Witch Mountain director Andy Fickman’s new comedy You Again.
She’s signed on to play the rich aunt of Kristen Bell (above)’s main character, a young woman who discovers her brother is marrying her high school archenemy.
