Quint over at Ain't It Cool News was lucky enough to be invited into Andrew Adamson's edit suite to take a look at footage from Prince Caspian, and somehow managed to see half the film.
And he's posted some excellent scene descriptions as a result - if you want to go into the flick without knowing anything about the plot, good luck, you probably read the book when you were about five.
