Mamma Mia is one of those musicals that its fans just can’t help but revisit time and again. Cannily channeling the sort of disco-flavoured pop hits that have been filling dance floors for years, it’s now mutated into a movie, looking to cash in on a little Chicago/Dreamgirls money.
It’s certainly boasting a solid cast – with the likes of Meryl Streep, Pierce Brosnan and Stellan Skarsgard singing along to the plot of a girl inviting the three men she thinks might be her father to her wedding.
