Rocky 6, Rambo 4 and Stop! Or My Mom Will Shoot 2 (maybe) star Sly Stallone was detained at customs this weekend, after officials discovered “prohibited items” in his luggage.
Still on his promotional tour for Rocky Balboa, Stallone touched down in Australia on Friday, when his and his entourage’s luggage was seized.
“As a result of having their luggage x-rayed, a number of prohibited items were seized by customs.” Australian Customs Service national investigations manager Richard Janeczko said. “Mr Stallone was allowed to continue with his party and our investigations are continuing.”
Stallone was held for several hours by custom officials, but was still in good spirits when he was released. "That was just a misunderstanding," he said.
