Will Ferrell has a habit of letting his characters break into comic song – anyone who loves Anchorman will tell you that the Aqualung sequence is a highlight- but there was no chance to see Ricky Bobby singing in Talladega Nights, right?
Wrong. Thanks to the lads over at JoBlo, who pointed to a new clip over at FunnyOrDie (not coincidentally the online comedy site run by Ferrell and Talladega director Adam McKay). In this previously unseen deleted scene, Ricky Bobby and best pal/team mate Cal (John C Reilly) get up in a club to sing a ballad with a heavily be-wigged Chris Isaak. It’s worth seeing for anyone who loves the movie.
