Neil Marshall’s follow-up to Dog Soldiers did so well (less than $10 million invested, more than $57 made) that it seems only natural for production company Celador to be investigating the idea of making a new Descent.
Well, the company is doing more than exploring - since Neil is a little busy on other projects, it has signed up the original movie’s editor, Jon Harris, to direct and several of the cast, including Shauna MacDonald and Natalie Mendoza, are returning to their roles for a story which sees MacDonald’s character forced back into the darkness to find her surviving friends.
The Hollywood Reporter is headed into the depths of the story.
