Last week, in an attempt to prove that he’s back on form, M Night Shyamalan sent out a chunk of The Happening with an introduction by himself that compared it to The Exorcist. Cue much derision from the web, some quarters of which are already labelling him the new Ed Wood.
So he – and 20th Century Fox – will no doubt be hoping that this new, bloodthirsty trailer for the horror will convert the unconvinced. Decide for yourself right here.
Oh, and while we’re on the subject of Red Band trailers, the hilarious and violent, bloody and bloody brilliant new trailer for Tropic Thunder snuck out just before the weekend. See it over at the movie’s official site. Mmm… Entrails.
