Despite Pixar seemingly cornering the market on animated rodents with last year’s Ratatouille, the makers of The Tale Of Despereaux are plugging on regardless.
The first trailer has arrived for the film, which is based on Kate DiCamillo’s beloved fantasy novel and finds young Despereaux (Matthew Broderick) striking out from his home in search of adventure. Despereaux, you see, wasn’t born with the natural fear instinct of his peers. Soon he’s mixed up helping a princess (Emma Watson) and trying to encourage his friends to find the bravery lurking within.
Yahoo Movies has the trailer, but what we want to know is what happened to Justin Long? A few years back, we interviewed him about this very film – but now there’s no sign of him…
