Jack Black and Michael Cera go pre-hysterical

The first full trailer for pre-historic comedy The Year One has arrived online and you can watch it below.

Jack Black and Michael Cera star as Zed and Oh, two chronically lazy hunters in a primitive society back in the titular year.

They’re quickly banished and venture off on an epic wander through the ancient world, meeting the likes of Caine and Abel (David Cross and Paul Rudd).

While early screening reports have pointed to this one being funny, we can’t help but think that this trailer showcases more of the same from Black and Cera.

Rudd and Cross, however, look like a great comedy team. Give it a watch and tell us what you think...

  Looks great. Cera plays each role the same way,but does it well. Very dry. And ya gotta love Jack Black.
