Can’t wait for Toy Story 3 to hit the screens in, um, 2010? Don't worry, there'll be loads of films out in the mean time.
Plus, Disney have just announced that Toy Story and Toy Story 2 will be transformed into 3-D marvels to hype up the threequel’s release. Should be stunning, with Pixar’s gorgeous rendering and bouncy action set-pieces a perfect fit for in-yer-face conversion.
In the next few years, expect cinema to launch proper into the extra dimension - James Cameron’s sci-fi odyssey Avatar and Tim Burton’s Alice In Wonderland are just two of the big deals looking to dazzle on the format.
Wearing massive glasses is about to get cool. Sort of.
