Warner Bros have released the first trailer for Wrath Of The Titans, and as promised, the action looks bigger and more explosion-packed than ever before.
The new film sees Sam Worthington’s Perseus embarking on another quest, this time to rescue his father Zeus (Liam Neeson) from the clutches of the dastardly Hades (Ralph Fiennes).
Naturally, the trailer focuses on the various tests and adversaries that crop up along the way, with all manner of mythical beasties queuing up to take a chunk out of Perseus’s demigodly backside.
Take a look at the new trailer below…
With the emphasis on action and brutish monsters, this looks as though it will be an improvement on the original, with the titular Titans looking a lot more impressive this time out...
You can catch Perseus' latest quest in cinemas when it opens on 30 March 2012.
Can't wait until then? Well here's the first official poster to tide you over...

Looks like it'll be better than the first one. Not entirely sure but it could be okay. As much as I usually hate the idea of a sequel to a remake I reckon it looks as if they've done a better job with this one, probably because they weren't tied down to copying an old film and put some (SOME) originality into it. Not too impressed with the painfully 3D titles on there though.

(Sorry Nashnash you posted as I replied so mine looked a bit confrontational with yours, I was agreeing with Chris not bashing you). I'm pretty little skeptical about this after the first one unfortunately :( I'm good at switching my brain off to enjoy some films that are fairly average but I just didn't enjoy the first one at all.

So now they are saying that all the Greek myths and legends were dealt with by Perseus! will the 3rd one be Perseus rescuing Helen from Troy? or sailing on his Argo to get the gold fleece....... it does look better than the first, but what couldn't! it will do well for all those brainless numpties that have an attention span of a gnat
