With a high-concept - Las Vegas is walled off to contain a zombie outbreak, girl goes in, gets lost, dad goes to rescue her with a gang of mercenaries who want to loot the casinos - that makes it sound like Escape From New York meets Ocean's Eleven meets, um, Resident Evil Extinction, we couldn't be more excited that producer Zack Snyder's found a producer for Matthijs van Heijningen.
Van Heijningen is an exciting talent - as this advert show reel at Slashfilm attests - and we can't wait to see what he does with Dead's brilliant premise. You know, as long as there are no zombie crows in it.
