Well, he tells us all that it was an ongoing process and not to make too much of the fact that Zack And Miri Make A Porno got slapped with a cinema-troubling NC-17 rating across the pond, and now Kevin Smith has won his appeal with the Motion Picture Association Of America.
After a fresh, edited screening of the movie with selected members of the Association’s board, Smith and producer Scott Mosier were able to argue their case for the film getting a more audience-friendly R rating (somewhere between a 15 and an 18 here). It’s a good day for lovers of amateur porn shot by Seth Rogen!
