2009 is set to feature Zoe Saldana everywhere- she’ll not only be taking over the iconic role of Lt Uhura in JJ Abrams’ reboot of Star Trek, but she’s also been busy on a role for James Cameron’s Avatar.
Sci-fi blog site iO9 got talking to her about the movies, and while she (naturally can’t reveal too much about either, she did reveal a few snippets about the behind-the-scenes goings-on, particularly how the new Enterprise bridge crew got into character. Hit the link for all the info.
