Lindsay Lohan was born on 2 July, 1986 in New York City, New York, USA.

Lohan was a child star, appearing in Disney's 1998 remake of The Parent Trap, and their 2003 remake of Freaky Friday.

Her breakout came in 2004's Mean Girls, which was written by Tina Fey.

In 2005 she returned to Disney, starring in Herbie: Fully Loaded.

Lindsay Lohan started to appear in more adult movies from 2007, including I Know Who Killed Me and Chapter 27.

In 2010 Lohan had a cameo role in Robert Rodriguez's Machete, playing a character named April Booth who, in one key scene, appears in disguise as a killer nun.
