Alienation, pain, emotional torment, violence - - it's all here in this classic rock movie helmed by Alan Parker. The story concerning burned-out rock star Pink's (Bob Geldof) descent into a psychological nightmare might be pretty loose but the stunning soundtrack and dazzling imagery has stood the test of time admirably.
