Proving that a film with no limits rapidly becomes ridiculous, watch if you dare

A Serbian Film review

“It’s like a cartoon for the grown-ups,” explains soon-to-unretire porn star Srdjan Todorović when he catches his young son watching one of his grot flicks.

Carved up by the BBFC for its (admittedly extreme) imagery but defended by director Srdjan Spasojevic as a political allegory, this tale of snuff movies and sexual violence is best thought of exactly the same way.

However hardcore, a film with no limits rapidly becomes ridiculous, and so it proves here.

But as an ultra-nasty Crank-alike, this is a Eurovision wrong contest of dubious pleasures.
