George A. Romero, Stephen King, one creepy show...

Back before comic-book movies were an industry unto themselves, George A. Romero and Stephen King combined forces on this horror anthology, inspired by the grisly EC Comics of their childhood.

Though the five shorts seem tame and dated now, there’s still fun to be had in watching Leslie Nielsen torment Ted Danson (in watery segment ‘Something To Tide You Over’) and E.G. Marshall get eaten alive by cockroaches (in the film’s best offering, ‘They’re Creeping Up On You’).

Extras include deleted scenes and a fantastic 90-minute doc led by Romero which only suffers from a lack of King.
