Leaving aside some terrific live footage, how does Katy Perry fare in the so-big-they-get-a-movie club?
Especially in this 2D version? Not well – whatever you think of her music, Perry’s self-consciously plastic pop is one of the world’s more interesting ways of fleecing tween girls.
But here she’s swamped in a morass of X Factor uplift even the Hallmark Channel would reject as too naff.
At least the extras include more of the performance footage cut bafflingly short in the main feature.
