Kill-crazy assassin Masazuka (Tsuyoshi Ihara) is the martial artist of the title, mixing guns with more traditional weapons as he faces off against Lego-haired good guy Casey (Scott Adkins). The acting’s as ropey as a lasso, but the key pieces of action keep this film on the right side of watchable.
