A triumph of tastelessness, Tom Six’s surgical horror hatches a new hybrid: slapstick torture porn.
The concept is killer – demented surgeon (Dieter Laser) stitches three victims ass-to-mouth for shits and giggles.
Six maxes out on the comic cruelty and degradation, but it’s Laser’s searing turn that slices the psyche deepest – seeing him cackle in the extras makes him even creepier.
It’s less graphic than you might fear but, for once, hi-def may not be the wisest choice.
