The 100-Year-Old Man Who Climbed Out The Window And Disappeared

3

Featuring Einstein's brother and an elephant...

A geriatric Swede (Robert Gustafsson) looks back on his life as he embarks on another adventure in a Scandi-com that feels like Nordic noir crossed with Forrest Gump.

Flashbacks in which his younger self rubs shoulders with Franco and Reagan recall the latter, although their chief role is to punctuate a shaggy-dog story in which our hero escapes from an old people’s home on his 100th birthday with stolen mob moolah.

Alan Ford adds to the wackiness in a film that might not always make sense, but is never dull.
