This eccentric UK-Turkish doc tells the story of the Pamir Kirghiz tribe, which has spent the last century pushed between Central Asia, Russia, China, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Turkey. Historical scenes re-enacted by the tribe mix with the filmmakers’ comic interplay to create a charming one-off. Good extras, too.
