Did you hear the one about the young stud who gives up sex for Lent, only to meet the woman of his dreams? As comedy premises go, this no-sex sex comedy sounds intriguing. Alas, director Michael Lehmann spends so long playing with himself the idea goes limp in his hands. As the poor sod who tries to fight the urges of his loins, Josh Hartnett tries hard but still comes across as a bit of a tosser.
