The best feature of Rob Reiner's court martial drama isn't Jack Nicholson's "You can't handle the truth" speech. It's seeing a classy cast (Tom Cruise, Nicholson, Demi Moore, Kevin Bacon) and a slick script hammer home a smart liberal message.
DVD Extras:
Director's commentary, Code Of Conduct documentary, From Stage To Screen featurette, trailer, filmographies. Rob Reiner is an eloquent man but, as on previous commentaries, he keeps oddly schtum on much of his audio track. Meanwhile the Code Of Conduct doc may play like a big mutual appreciation meet, but it does at least reveal that Kiefer Sutherland isn't a great driver. He knocked down 15 marines with a Humvee on set.
