Unlikely to be adopted by the Welsh Tourist Board anytime soon, A Mind To Kill is relentlessly depressing in its depiction of the principality as one massive sink estate inhabited by morose, badly dressed rapists/murderers who while away their downtime shouting at each other. It aims for dark, but only finds drab.
