Kids, eh? Used to be seen and not heard. Now, taking over the CIA... Fifteen-year-old Cody Banks (Frankie Muniz) is a junior agent, aiming to nab a scientist's secrets by snogging his daughter (Hilary Duff). Turning spy-flick conventions upside down (Cody's crap with girls and can't drive fast cars), this is fun for tweenagers. Don't question. Just enjoy.
DVD Extras:
Hefty. Thirteen(!) featurettes deal with everything from special effects to costume design and make-up tips. Trailers and deleted scenes act as filler for the main event - a fast-and-furious gab from helmer Harald Zwart and stars Muniz and Angie Harmon. The two adults strike sparks, leaving poor Frankie sounding like the dim kid at the back of the class ("I remember the greenscreen," he murmurs). Well done. Now shut up.
