A killer emerges from the canals of Amsterdam

The first (and last?) diver/slasher movie sees a psycho frogman surfacing from Amsterdam’s canals to pick off prozzies and pervs.

Director Dick Maas of The Lift (1983) infamy delivers bags of crappy, dubbed dialogue and a TV-movie feel but adds a nicely nasty edge: a canal boat full of Boy Scouts discovering the first corpse is hilariously sick.

Enjoyable Eurotrash nonsense with decent extras topped by a half-hour Making Of.

      Weird one, this is old. I remember watching this pap on satelite, during a visit to Amsterdam back in 95.

      Fun Eurotrash slasher fun for open minded horror fans who don't mind a few 80s haircuts and the odd head scratching moment. Grisly horror and fun packed chase scenes balance out the chattier moments of police procedural exposition as our hero cop hunts the sewerage laden canals of Amsterdamned, looking for a frog suited killer whose icing the night time hookers and anyone else who gets in his way. Fans of the genre or people who want a great party movie, look no further.
