Billie Holiday tunes and a lovingly-filmed Central Park beguile, but Woody Allen's latest is a talky, one-note Annie Hall reprise with a mean streak. Christina Ricci is the lying bitch, Jason Biggs the affable-but-slight Woody stand-in, while a frail-looking Allen plays his paranoid, probably barking mentor who intersperses survivalist lectures with sound advice. Forget you've heard the snappy dialogue before and it's fine enough, but the tone is bitter, not bittersweet.
