While Peter Facinelli (the Cullens’ dad in the Twilight films) doesn’t entirely convince as an ex-cop drug addict, Arc is a reasonably taut thriller, set in LA and populated by damaged, interesting characters. The vivid directing occasionally gets in the way of the plot, but the drug scenes feel authentic.
