Mike Myers turns his silly-o-meter all the way up to 11 with this hugely popular Bond-spoofing shagventure. The sequel may have been more successful, but the original reveals more subtle touches, including the masterful group therapy scene, in which Dr Evil expounds on the wonders of a shaved scrotum...

Commentary by Mike Myers and Jay Roach, deleted scenes including two alternative endings, trailer, cast biogs and special cameo menu.Considering all the extras, this isn't as strong a DVD as you'd hope. The commentary is sporadically amusing, but Myers and Roach both sound bored. Indeed, the alternative endings are embarrassing to the extreme. Yet this still stands out as the best possible format.
