Final Destination producer Glen Morgan swaps the teasing tension of Bob Clark’s 1974 sorority slasher for smug Scream ticks, unwrapping extra gore for shock value – if you love popped eyeballs, this is your slay ride. The original set the rules John Carpenter refined in Halloween; this one lags well behind.
