Die Hard With A Vengeance Special Edition

The third Die Hard flick partners Bruce Willis' balding cop with Samuel L Jackson's mouthy store owner and sets them bickering around a bomb-threatened New York. It starts brilliantly, with a chase idea nicked from Dirty Harry, before becoming slower and sillier, piling on self-consciously ridiculous stunts and sub-Tarantino profanity. Still far from buddy hell.

Still the second best in the quadrilogy (is that word the official term now..?!), despite the let down at the very end.
