Glossy, pacey, mystical, Rob Cohen's 1993 take on the life of Bruce Lee presents the young dragon's all-too-brief existence in as gripping a light as possible, while framing the story with familiar kung fu genre devices.
Verdict:
As bio flicks go this is one of the most action-packed, balancing the romantic, myth-making aspects of Lee's life with the hero's more realistic struggle for acceptance and success in the US.
