Enter The Dragon made Bruce Lee a huge star, but he died before it even opened. The studio then trimmed a few scenes of martial arts philosophy, but they're fully restored in this special edition, along with those infamous 20 seconds of nunchuck-work. It still plays like an average Bond movie, elevated by Lee's skill and the wonderful hall-of-mirrors fight finale.
DVD Extras:
Commentary by producer Paul Heller and screenwriter Michael Allin, music only track, Linda Lee introduction and interview gallery, Bruce Lee: In His Own Words featurette, original 1973 featurette, Backyard Workout With Bruce, trailers. The commentary's dull and Linda Lee's intro is a little odd, but In His Own Words is a welcome chance to see the late master waxing incoherent. Plus, the BBFC has passed the movie uncut for the first time. We're off to kill people with nunchaku.
