A bullet-strewn action yarn...

From the very same Luc Besson production line that gave us Taken and District 13, this bullet-strewn action yarn dispenses with logic in favour of frenetic action and casual xenophobia. John Travolta goes slaphead and dons a porn goatee alongside Jonathan Rhys Meyers as a spy escorted through a Paris underworld full of Oriental drug dealers. Entertaining, but Pierre Morel’s caper runs out of gas as Travolta starts referencing his “Royale with Cheese” line from Pulp Fiction.
