The boggle-eyed Astaire telling Hepburn she’s got a funny face is a bit rich, but if you can stomach their skin-crawly romance, Funny Face is a visual treat. Technicolor set-pieces showcase the real stars of the picture – Hepburn’s lavish, Givenchy-designed dresses.
