This anonymous shelf filler nicks a title, but precious little else, from Bruce Lee. Wesley Snipes is an elite covert agent who gets doublecrossed, leading to generic chop-socky fights and bland shootouts. Snipes sleepwalks through the predictable plot and his wooden co-stars struggle to pick up the slack.
