Keanu Reeves finds his limits...

Henry's Crime review

You’d love to think that Keanu Reeves’ tongue was firmly in cheek when, in his first outing as producer, he developed the inscrutably blank Henry Torne for himself, a docile ex-con plotting to rob the bank he was wrongly jailed for busting.

A meta-ironic statement on his ceaselessly battered charisma? More likely he knows his limits.

Fortunately, Malcolm Venville’s dozy heist-com gets a boost from Vera Farmiga’s cranky stage actress and James Caan’s die-hard lifer.

Cheapskate extras: interviews with the distracted cast while people clear up behind them.
