Smooth `date doctor' Will Smith tutors losers on how to pull women, but only in a wholesome relationship kinda way. His composure, though, is rocked when he falls for a feisty newspaper reporter (Eva Mendes), whose research skills lead her to believe that he's the equivalent of Magnolia's pussy-hound Frank TJ Mackey... That's it, really. Smith's big-grin presence halts the deterioration from `a bit poorly' to `critical', but it's about as complex as Celebrity Love Island, albeit without the booze-fuelled fumblings and the butting of C-list celebrity egos.
