Call it House arrest: year three of the superior super-doc saga finds Hugh Laurie’s irascible MD attempting to dodge jail after he rubs a cynical cop up the wrong way.
Laurie’s crumpled, sarky charm continues to carry the show, though the writers give House’s cohorts a bigger berth this time: Cameron (Jennifer Morrison) and Chase (ex-Neighbour Jesse Spencer) get it on, Foreman (Omar Epps) grows a conscience and Wilson (Robert Sean Leonard) becomes team leader, building to an ace end-of-season shake-up.
