Monty Python's The Meaning Of Life

3

The final cinema outing for the Python team before they all started dying and going mad, is nothing more than a series of sketches tied together with some very loose string of a concept (""What"," as Eric Idle sings in his silly French accent, ""is the meaning of life?""). The only problem is the hit ratio is nowhere near that of the other films, or even TV series. But there's still the Machine That Goes Ping, and John Cleese shagging in front of his class.

DVD Extras:

Um.. er... Look! A badger! How anything associated with the Pythons can be so devoid of extras is extraordinary. There are probably more documentaries made about them than Arctic penguins. But still there's nothing. Not even languages. Not even German. The only advantage of DVDness is in skipping straight to the best vignettes.
